I a free player who threw favour have gotten some points, I was trying to buy a Silver Sigil of leveling from the DDO store but I get an error message.
"Cannot sell in country AX for vendor TB in store TBDDO.
checkoutId=xxx-xxx"
I also tried buying 5000 points with my Credit Card but I got the same error message. Any chance this might get fixed?

I'd recommend emailing Tech support for assistance with this issue, as it sounds like some sort of block.
