Once again, the Devs have failed the (VIP) player-base by not listening to it.

There were many, many suggestions to improve VIP; some were simple fixes. SSG chose to ignore them.

So what you're saying is that a Ranger can level up to 9 before taking Dark Hunter levels. Hence, still have evasion.

I don't recall anything stating Rangers HAVE to make the switch to Dark...

I have a Tabaxi Trailblazer pure Rogue Thief Acrobat parked at level 32. You have to use a +1 Heart to lose the Monk level though.
