My only problem is.... Bladesworn Transformation. It's still too risky to use, imo. No self-healing is death, even temporarily.

I think that Arcanotechnician arties would benefit if there were force/fire SLA choices, as well.

I would like to say that allowing a ranged alacrity bonus on medium armor, but not on light armor, when ranged builds need dexterity (and thus work best with light/no armor) is very silly, regardless...

So, do these feats all have a minimum level of 29?

These feats mention things like "+2 to the DCs of other spells". So what counts as a spell? SLAs? Rune-arms? Monk enhancements and finishing moves?

On the wiki (http://ddowiki.com/page/PRR) it says that you get some PRR for wearing armor, and more PRR if you are proficient with it. If this is true, are we losing PRR from the proposed changes?

People talk about monkchers, but I don't see all that many of those these days...

It occurs to me that there are more than a few abilities that can be tied to more than one stat. Most ED abilities, for one.

How about a choice of INT or WIS? Or INT, WIS or DEX?
