Actually I think i am finally done with SSG and DDO

I have always bought the big expansion whether i needed the stuff or not and have bee a vip for numerous years.

I refuse to pay the minimum...

When i LR'd my tomes were not applied (and were not shown in inherent feats), so i did not receive the additional skill points. During a relog my tomes came back, so all i needed to be able to apply...

And I was mailed a LR to fix my problem without being online.


A thank you to the GM who mailed it, but SSG still needs a way to make simple issues be resolved in less then 24 hours, ideally less...

Yes, I would say their customer service is lacking but it is really non-existant.



There is no excuse customers should wait, let alone days, more like weeks and months to fix simple issues with...

Update: 24 hours later, after the site told me it was an estimated 17 hours for a reply

I log onto my broken toon, which all it needs is a lr so I can get the skill points back. SSG help now says...

And yet, valuable dev time spent on a free event, yet no eta on our feywild raid that we paid for yet not delivered.

SSG is a tiny company....priorities should be on providing the content for things promised to it's paying customers but not yet delivered

I am not calling it fail-wild yes as in same classification of the shadow-fail expansion.

But I will say, that this expansion was released way too early. Too many things broken, not working as...
