Possible conspiracy Theory:

SSG purposely borked the transfer mechanism for Orien and Sarlona...so they could use that as an excuse to drive many players to transfer to those two servers. Kind of...

The big disadvantage comes when most of the end game community from your server transfers to Orien or Sarlona. You suddenly lose a big chunk of your potential party members. If you don't party up...

My guess is they are using this as an opportunity to possibly purge some low population servers. Depending on how this all works out...we could see the sunsetting of a few of the servers (Wayfinder...

I don't think you can have too many as long as each race/iconic offers something unique.

This works everytime for me. I've never had trouble getting her to spawn. Honestly, this is one of the quicker quests for me. Easy to farm.
