Just because I don't think it needs a base XP bump, doesn't mean that I'm against it, or that it shouldn't happen. This is not something that is game breaking....

I think the main issue here is Turbine's reality, and how it will affect DDO. We can argue all day about how we feel it should have more base XP, or not. And why we each choose to run ToEE, or not....
