I had a few Elf ideas a while back. Of course with the new Enhancement System coming in the next few months the spread and points are a little unnecessary but this was the general idea from last...
I believe the stat spread in Pathfinder for Dwarves is +2 Con +2 Wisdom -2 Charisma... which isn't bad.
Humans half elves and half orcs get a +2 to any single stat

Agreed
Actually that would be kinda cool as a bard option with specific Instruments held in the off hand that had specific properties that bards could take advantage of... would be really neat
...
I like the thought process... but I'm not sure about the numbers.
maybe a slightly different grouping
Passive:
Sorc: +2 Universal Spell Power
Druid: +3 Fire/Acid/Cold/Lightning
Bard: +5...
Repair Construct. I haven't used it in a while but... First: Don't make us sit there like an idiot for the whole 20 sec, just click and go. Second: Let it heal 10% of the maximum hp per tick for...
Good Suggestions

They shouldn't be spells at all. Instead they Should be SLAs. As for the DCs. make them 10 +1/2 Druid Level + Wis Mod + Relevant Modifiers (Vertigo etc) + Bonus for Natural Fighting...

You could, in addition to the initial suggestion and in compliance with nibel's additions, use the enhancement system to augment how body armors work. A single Enhancement Branch could improve...
New suggestion based on Eberron books.
Also, they need to fix the max dex bonus of body feats. Armors get more dex as their ML goes up. Adamantine body WF are stuck in a 1 max dex, and mithral...
Lot's of people talking about diversity of builds... which would be great if there was a replacement for HP that had similar requirements.

just to point this out. Toughness in 3.5 is only 3hp not 3+1per level. So really Epic toughness was the equivalent of 10 Toughness Feats. If anything Epic Toughness should be something like 200hp....
Kobold
Gnome
Shifter
Aasimir
Tiefling
not necessarily in that order (though Gnome and Shifter at the top)

*Change the Form Specific Spells into SLAs
*add in a Plant Form and the Other Element Forms all with their own SLAs
*Reduce the cooldown penalty from 2.5 to 2.
*Make Summoned Monsters have bonuses...
Wonderful diagnosis and suggestions.
Natural Fighting as an inherent to class ability that progresses instead of Feats is the first thing I would suggest. Followed swiftly by the SLAs for the...
I don't think that it is truly about Water Balance though. I think that's the real disconnect.
Water is just a symptom of the problem not the problem itself.
It is far too easy to max out...
good ideas
Even if it increased HD (and associated abilities) by half the caster level it would be an improvement.
your Summon Monster 1 still wouldn't be a great thing at level 20 but it would be useful for...
I think the real problem with Deadly Weapons is that the effect isn't very deadly. Maybe if it increased the entire weapon profile by 1 step it would be.
+1[W]
+1 Crit Range
+1 Crit Multiplier...
Some things need tweaking. Good to know.
Perhaps since Armor costs WF a Feat it should be progressive?
Obviously if Healers Friend isn't working it needs to be fixed.
Also WF should have...
Why not just treat Dodge in a similar way to what they are doing with PRR?
(1-.99^p)x 0.65 = PRR where P is the Physical Resistance Rating
this caps PRR at 65% damage mitigation, but there is...
Turbine should add Air and Earth Elemental Forms as well as a Plant Form.

Clint Eastwood would be awesome as well.... especially in a desert scene. He already makes me want to get a glass of water right now just thinking about how dry that voice is.

Tim Curry would be exemplary as the evil villain of the piece.
or Bill Nighy could pull it off quite well

the quote should be "Now there's a name I've not heard in a long, long time. A long time." sadly Sir Alec Guinness is no longer with us so he can't do a voice over.
