I just logged in today and went to Korthos to repeat the quest. And I tried talking to the reward giver again, and he offered me a reward and ended the quest. :D

This is the worst item that you can get on daily dice. No one buys it in the auction, its useless.

Would like to see it removed from daily dice.

Lol, it looks like they mixed up the spells NPCs use with these SLAs and buffed the wrong ones. Enemies got the damage, player SLAs did not. :D
