Is it generally worth using at least 4 arty for endless fusillade? You lose the +2 crit mult, but idk if it is worth it.

Meh. Didn't come up on google, probably should have read the patch notes.
That said, if I am going to do an xbow build, how yo mechanic and ME compare?
EDIT: AA doesn't work with xbows at all.
Now my question is whether mechanic is that much better than BE.
Healing Cocoon t4 or higher. That's about it for me, but I don't play Druid.
% bonuses would be nice. Maybe give 1/2 the bonus for skills that weren't class before SF feats. An easy way to make class skills be superior to ones taken via SF is to make the SF skills still...
Everybody survives! They each buy a Rod of Teleport from the store and teleport out!
Or a airship portal for that matter.
I think, they way t5s are designed, having 2 could be very unbalancing. That said, I like the idea, but it would have to be implemented very carefully. And it might be better to just put more power...
I think it depends on the quest. I know it effects drop rate a ton in Grim and Barett and Subversion.
I'm fairly sure that anything done to the ranger AA tree also applies to the racial. The AoE is planed to work for racial too, but it's currently buged, or so I hear.
I'll bow to your experience on this one. But I've heard of ~100 sustainable Necro DC, is that still mostly failing?
Yeah, for sure. Definitely nice to have at least 1 Enchant CCer though.
I agree with the concept, but I've seen Enchant Wizards, and a few Necro Warlock/Wizards do fine in LH, and they have enough spell pen and DCs to do well in LE. You almost have to play a class...
I wouldn't be against eliminating HtH and capering from PvP, but that's not really the problem.
What's more of a problem is the hp inflation of high-level mobs, and related dps inflation of...
Here's the thing:
I would like to play a melee artificer with some spellcasting synergy, or an EK-type build.
But I would rather play a Tempest and be comfortable bringing the toon for LH and LE...
This would be extremely nice. Especially the LR heart promise/guarantee.
Even better would be if they could give a general direction of the passes, but that's probably more of a PC thing.
I would like it if Elite gave gear that was slightly more powerful then normal, while still giving normal-level gear faster.
So maybe 1250 RRs for a N-level item, ~10 elite runs for 1st upgrade,...
That would be neat.
Assuming unlimited posting, I would also like a "post all" button. Mostly personal preference, but I always keep everything I use locked and just use sell all after questing,...
Going to add a melee tree I think. Maybe. Although I'm not sure if the elemental damage on hit would be enough.
Actually, might add a less Engineer-like melee/ranged tree.
I like this a lot!
Not the rules specifically, but the concept of different rules in different taverns.
Going to go ambitions here:
Feat(s): Arcane/Divine/Wilderness Lore
Make spell caster level scale off of how many of these feats you have acquired.
Add enhancements and feats that give you extra...
Since you selected public group on the entrance pane. At least that's the most common reason.
Fixed, was supposed to be
Hopefully the old raids get switched to Raid Runes as well. Idk about the quests though.
It's a known bug. Apparently they start scaling off of the human model after TRing, or so I've heard...
I could support something like this, as long as there is a 3rd difficulty (or more) above Challenge.
Something like:
Reaper
- Replaces ------.
- Quest CR equal as current Normal + 10
- Rewards...
Not larges.
Agree that this could become a problem, but I don't think it would be as severe as you're thinking.
I think something that could help is for leaders to be able to kick people while they are in a...
