It is not the dumping of Wildmen that bothers me--it is dropping in the bollywuggy thingies. I would rather they just put in halflings.

I have one but the proc rate is waaaay worse than the legacy ToEE weapons I have. The ToEE ones proc very often, maybe 20%? Blade of the Clouds seems to be only about 3%ish.

The missions listed on the wiki should be correct. You can get them in rare encounters in the King's Forest too, like the one in which you help a villager get back to Estar.

Most mobs with a lot of HP have high CON and hence high fortitude saves--sort of your base thug mob. The casters will have lower CON and are far more likely to suffer low CON and go into helpless...

good answer. So yeah, they really underperform. I use the snowpeaks augment as much as possible in lower heroics and its elemental damage seems superior at ML4 on top of the freeze effect.
