FFS . . . bards are also a FULL caster class with a huge range of effective spells and songs and stuff, please look at everything when evaluating it's effectiveness.

A bard can afford the Cleave feats, quite acting like they are oppressed.

The 4 remaining "casters" (Wizard, Sorc, FvS, Cleric) should be re-balanced at the same time.
