I think to get more F2P and premies to buy the Pre-order they should let you choose the packs you want included. i mean what if you alrdy own all the packs they are including.... you are getting less...

I feel your pain I had 80 completions on Tommygunz before i TR'd him In those 80 runs i never saw a +4 tome drop for myself...or win a roll for one:mad: also no tomes in my 20th/40/60 or 80 lists.

^^^this and i also think that with it being a whole new setting Turbine had more creavtive control.

Iirc when they did a similar thing on LoTR it was like 3500 Turbine points.
