It's not easy for that one good tank, still requires a lot of knowledge and decent reflex to keep your party alive... Just for the other 11, perhaps to some degree, but thats just the design of it.

Minimum damage taken while solo isn't a perfect indication of how much somethign scales. I was refering to how more so how much percentage is added per party member.
