Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought in most D&D campaign settings, some Dragonborn end up specifically getting wings, unless there is something different about the Eberon's Dragonborn that I am unaware? So why doesn't Memories of Flight show some kind of dragon wings temporarily appear whenever I use the ability? FVS and Exalted Angels both get their angel wings when they use leap of faith. I know this doesn't really affect game play, but it still bugs me since DB are my favorite race :(

Well, Gem Dragonborn can, but we don't have those. They didn't come out in 5e until after Dragonborn was added to DDO anyway.
The main reason is probably licensing issues. There's little things like that that may or may not be allowed by WotC.
