RR is due for an overhaul in general...for how long it takes to get out to the quests (have to port to the boat, fall into the ocean, swim to the crack, path around to the quest giver, then navigate through a whole wilderness area) they're remarkably unrewarding. And on top of that have uniquely annoying mechanics too - the Knight's puzzle, the respawning Giants, the regenerating Scorrow PLUS a blackout puzzle. And of course no relevant gear anymore.
Which is a shame since the wilderness zones are actually kinda fun and uniquely small, almost like mini-quests in themselves, and the quests, aside from those unfortunate design choices, are pretty playable. Just hard to justify the time spent vs. all the other quest options at that level.
Turn down the Scorrow regen so its not such a DPS check...add an alternate path for the Kobold chess puzzle...and double all the base XP (including for the WZ objectives), and I think Reaver's regains relevant status in the Heroic campaign :)
