Instead of past life monk, I would take great cleave. I find having a 3rd cleave in your set makes piles of mobs easier to dissolve. Also, I would consider Stunning Blow, instead of either Heavy Armor or Weapon Focus Slashing (probably heavy armor, as heavy armor only nets +10 PRR over Medium armor, an easy trade SB imo.
Also, I would consider taking +1 strength in human, vs +1 str only when AB are being used.

on my barb I put the extra points into wisdom instead of dexterity. she also wears wisdom items and I find that more useful. I see why you put the point in dex because of past life monk and the once per rest 20 second evasion, but imo, its not worth it. in higher levels you are still going to need at least a decent dex score to make the saves and its going to take more than an item.
heal is way more useful than swim.
I would give up monk past life for great cleave. with a bunch of mobs, cleave is your friend.
I can see the attraction for taking heavy armor as a feat, but you lose out on +10 MP while raged and wearing medium armor and +10 PRR for wearing medium armor.
I would replace Blinding Speed with something else. you can get better with a speed item.
I have never hung around cap long enough to care what my last feats are, but I always choose epic will saves since that is the barbs Achilles heel.
I don't like Blood Tribute because of the stacking -1 con every time you use it and temp hit points are gone in epics usually in a single hit, which is not hard to do since you will most likely be up in the mobs face.
I never take Blood Trail. really you don't miss those few hitpoints when you activate frenzies, especially since you get those points back right away from healing.
Wade In is another I don't bother with. never had any issues with to-hit and lowering mob AC isn't noticeable.
instead of Sprint Boost and the others I mentioned above, I take Cracking Attack for +3(W), Crazy Strike for +1(W) and 3 MP, Exhausting Blow for +4(W), Focus Wide which does proc a lot, Focused Wrath for juicy damage numbers and Tantrum that is another cleave and really good knocking mobs on their ass.
I also take Accelerated Metabolism instead of Blood Strength, but I just find it a more reliable heal without having to actually hit mobs to heal for a proc chance.
a lot of those I take in Ravager on my barb, though sometimes I give up Ritual Scarring for more points in the core. more heal amp the more you heal. I actually prefer to take Hate for 1.5(W)
one thing to note is figuring out if your stats will be even. could spare a point or 2 In Hardy Rage or Power rage if your strength and constitution end up odd.
action surge is nice in human, but I prefer +20 heal amp.
overall it looks pretty solid and shouldn't have any real problems with the choices, though suggested changes above for it to be even better.

you could spend your skill points better than in jump and spot.
instead of just pitiful str bonuses, take momentum swing and lay waste from dreadnaught.
why in the world would you take the monk pl feat? you really should have great cleave.

I would give up monk past life for great cleave. with a bunch of mobs, cleave is your friend.
Yea, I thought the bonus to hit would help early levels, but then again, barbs are already strong early.
heal is way more useful than swim.
realized the enhancements are my only way of self heal, other than pots, i see your point
I can see the attraction for taking heavy armor as a feat, but you lose out on +10 MP while raged and wearing medium armor and +10 PRR for wearing medium armor.
Yea, heavy armor sounded nice to me, but now that you mention I guess the MP and PRR are nice as well
action surge is nice in human, but I prefer +20 heal amp.
I believe they changed the "Damage Boost" to +20 melee power, and no longer damage increase, so I think i should take something else other than that, perhaps saves or defense
I'll look over the enhancement changes you suggested, thanks for the revision! :D

Unfortunately, that would cost 3 APs in human which means dropping an AP from Ravager and the lvl 18 core is better.

Uhh, what to-hit bonus? Here is what the Disciple of the Fist feat (http://ddowiki.com/page/Past_Life:_Disciple_of_the_Fist) grants: "You have +2 to your Concentration skill, deal increased unarmed damage (one step higher than normal on the unarmed combat chart), and can enter an evasive trance once per rest, granting the evasion feat for a short period of time (20 seconds)." Since you apparently don't plan to wear light armor and you're obviously not fighting unarmed, all of that is useless to your build.

yeah, I was just saying while action surge is nice I would prefer heal amp if I were putting points in the human tree. otherwise I would spend that point in some other enhancement in a class tree. if OP did go off his initial enhancement plan, like I was saying above about freeing up AP in places he may not need to max out, than there could be a couple points to spend in human. often when I reincarnate my barb I mess around with enhancements and try different things out and sometimes I have a few leftover points that I put into heal amp if I cant unlock the next core in a tree. of course, its no secret that my barb is a FB and doesn't go the BS popular route so my enhancements distribution is very different, though not far off from OP.

That's the passive feat; the one I cited is the one which goes in the feat slot which you took.

When you HTR, you gain both a passive feat and access to a purchasable feat. The passive feat is automatically granted and stacks up to three times; i.e., 3 monk PLs nets you +3 to damage rolls, but any subsequent monk lives would add nothing. The purchasable feat can go into any regular feat slot after level 1; these usually provide both a passive bonus and some sort of limited-use clickie (e.g., the Evasion clickie from monk PL feat, Divine Favor from pally PL feat).
The preferred feat order for any human THF barb IMO is: Power Atk (1), Cleave (1), THF (3), Gt Cleave (6), Improved Crit (9), ITHF (12), GTHF (15), Stunning Blow (18), Overwhelming Crit (21) - do what you like with remaining feat slots. For non-human barbs, I would take Cleave @ lvl 3 and delay the THF chain. You can move up Stunning Blow sooner by delaying the THF chain; the important thing IMO is to have your Cleaves and Imp Crit feats ASAP.
