Hi everybody,
I was reviewing heroic PL on DDO wiki and I noticed Bard passive PL was giving +1 song. Does it apply if you have no bard level? i.e. could I use it to activate a Reign twist.
Same question with Lasting inspiration ED feat.
With 3 bard lives and this feat, one could have 6 songs to use for Reign?

I have an Artificer with a Bard PL.
This is what I know so far based on my progression
1) If you do not have a current ability that grants you a song you do not benefit from the Passive +1 Songs
2) If you have the Bard Active PL Feat (which grants songs) you can benefit from passive abilities granted by the songs both in the ED as well as using them as Twists.
Currently I do not have enough Fate Points to twist in active abilities such as Reign to test if those would be available.
I know it does not completely answer your question, but I thought it would at least help.

That helps a lot, thanks :)
