Hello All;
My question is; what will be the XX% miss chance of my build 12Wizard/6Monk/2Rogue if I ll have all of the belows:
25% from the Ninja Spy Shadow Fade
25% incorporeal from the Shadow Form
25% incorporeal from the Shroud of the Wraith
50% Displacement Displacement
25% dodge bonus
Thanks in advance about your feedbacks.

The three first are all incorporeal, so they do not stack.
So 75% hit chance from incorporeal.
50% hit chance from concealment.
75% hit chance from dodge.
0.75*0.5*0.75=0.28125
28.125% hit chance, or 71.875% miss chance, not counting AC.

From what I've experienced it seems to check each one separately
IOW
Scenario 1 - monster attacks -> concealment check (ie. Blur) -> 20% miss chance -> 1d10 -> 1 -> attack misses
Scenario 2 monster attacks -> concealment check (ie. Blur) -> 20% miss chance -> 1d10 -> 3 -> Concealment fails -> Incorp check ie. Wraith From) -> 25% miss chance -> 1 -> attack misses
Scenario 2 monster attacks -> concealment check (ie. Blur) -> 20% miss chance -> 1d10 -> 3 -> Concealment fails -> Incorp check ie. Wraith From) -> 25% miss chance -> 1 -> attack misses -> Dodge check (ie. Uncanny Dodge) _> 5% -> 1d100 -> 23 _> Attack hits _> damage is dealt
Note: a miss doesn't even bother to do these checks

Thank you for your replies.
Now, I understand clearly that no need to roll a W12/M6/R2 for the additional incorporality.
