Ubiquity bugged?

I'm not able to pass through enemies using the innate ability ubiquity. Is this a bug or WAI?

I've had no problem using the ability on any enemy. I've generally reserved it for "stick-and-move" fighting against Red-names. I haven't tried using it since Update 16, however.

Although it does not show in the ability's description, you should have 1 point in Tumble so as to tumble at all. Else, it's the only reason this would not work based on what you've noted.

I have tumble, but when I try to tumble in front of an enemy, I don't go through it.

I'll have to try it out. It used to work...
Unearthly Reactions does the same thing. I'm wondering if it still works...
