Twisting Song abilities

I have a couple of questions on twisting Fatesinger abilities. I am not sure if anyone has had a chance to test this yet.

I would like to know if the effects from Echoes of the Ancestor stack with abilities from their corresponding destines. What abilities or feats would grant me song uses if I was not a bard and wanted to twist in song abilities?

For example assume I took Shiradi Champion as my main destiny. If I wanted to twist in Echoes of the Ancestor: Primal, (Shiradi Champion) from Fatesinger would it effects stack from my primary destiny? Since Echoes requires using a song to activate, what would give me access to use it?

Would Half Elf Dilettante: Bard feat count as having a song?
Past life Bard?
One of the bard set items from ToD?

Or would I be forced to twist in one of the other abilities from Fatesinger that gave me extra songs?

Did some testing on Lamannia the other day and answered most of my own quests. Figured I'd leave the answers here in case anyone does a search.

Echoes of the Ancestor do stack with abilities from their corresponding destines. They also no longer require a song to enter the stance so they are useable even without song use of any kind.
