Icys fall in Orchard of the Macabre (The Undead Beholder Quest whos name fails me at the moment)
Icys also fall in the Subtranne(bad sp) with the Giant Skelly rare. (whose name also fails me)

I could have sworn I grouped with you once or twice inside the shroud. So if thats the case you have the Vale of Twilight pack and can join groups to farm for an Icy.
