I'm in doubt between two stats configuration for my Dwarf Cleric:

1) Str 16, Dex 8, Con 16, Int 8, Wis 18, Cha 6.
This will give me only Concentration as skill due to the low Int, but lots of hp and fortitude save.

2) Str 16, Dex 8, Con 12, Int 12, Wis 18, Cha 6.
Decreased hp (-40 at lvl 20 in relation to the previous build), but the idea here is having enough Int to access Concentration, Balance and Jump, mainly for solo play. I could also carry a few Fox's Cunning potions to pump my Int to 16 and be able to use those Int runes, such as at Dreams of Insanity.

Any suggestion? Will I miss those hp at higher levels or really having skills such as Balance and Jump help a lot?

I would go with the second numbers but drop your str to 14 and up your con to 16. you give up +1 to hit and damge but get alot more in return. Skills you want and hitpoints.

If you dont plan on taking levels of rogue for evasion and skills (18 cleric / 2 rogue builds) there is really little reason to go with your INT build. If you do go with that build, you are going to want to start off as a rogue first level, then cleric levels after.

Jump not as important. Balance a little more since a cleric on the floor = almost dead to dead cleric at higher levels. Bumping INT with foxs cunning or items does not allow you obtain more skill points. All those buffs would do is add additional bonus on top of skills that are based off INT, which you are not using. I would go with Option 1.

Drop your Strength to 14 and take both Int and Con. After you get Blade Barrier, you'll almost never actually swing your weapon.

many int checks are 18-20 for runes... its not worth it on a straight clerics to shoot for those high water marks.

THe ones that are Required are pretty low.. Von 3 is 14 for example... easy to hit even if you have a starting 8.

Pretty much the only thing you're gonna want int for on a cleric is skill points. You want a maxed concentration, a little jump, and that's your barebones. You can try to work in a few other things, but a lot of your skills aren't going to balance out the boon you'll get from an increased Con. Not only does Constitution get you more HPs, but it gives extra ability modifiers to your Concentrate.

Deff pick Con over int on a cleric.

Ps: if your Really worried about your jump and balance scores, you can allways get (i belive its called Morah's Belt) the belt out of the shavarah quests for a 15 min jump clicky. And there are a few striding of balance boots to pick up (with the best one i think being he titan belt).

Thanks for all the suggestions.

I'll drop Str to 14, this way being able to keep Con 16 and also Int 12 for all the skills. Seems nice.
