So today is the day for the subscription renewal and when I log in I see that I didn't get my turbine points.
Not only is today (Oct 15) the renewal date it has also been 30 days since I started paying to be a VIP (Nov 15) and here I to may have been ripped off, I hope not but if nothing is done or I get the standard customer service line that nothing can be done then I will have been ripped off.
Turbine, will you help to get this rectified?

I signed up for the VIP account and I was just wondering when/where you find the 500 points you receive monthly with the VIP account?

They may register later today or by tomorrow; they may not register right away.

I will wait till tomorrow to see of the points are added just in case there is a time delay and if nothing happens then I will be sure to contact account services :)

Still no TP and I have submitted a ticket for this matter. I realize it will be next week sometime for this to get resolved and that fine, not overly happy about that but as long as it gets resolved I will be happy.

Fixed. No need to pretend. The only ones not complaining are the ones who didn't notice... yet.

I have sent several tickets into the link above and haven't even recieved confirmation of my help request, much less the DDO points. I subscribed around Sept.20th and it's almost time for me to recieve my next 500 points, but I haven't received any!
Also a couple weeks ago I found a copy of the DDO game for purchase and bought it, so I could enter the product key for premium status but have not receieved credit for that either! From what I understand, premium will give me four additional character slots.
Thanks for your time in resolving this issue. 24 hours of confirmation of my payment!! HAHAH!!!!
P.S. Is there going to be a way for those that have been neglected getting points to have a chance to buy the +2tomes again?

I have not heard back myself about the points I did not receive after 30days and for having my subscription renewed and in game I still did not receive the points.
If Turbine is still working on the issue then when ever someone is entitled to the points they should receive a notice that its still being worked on and they will get the full points owed to them, or manually add the points to all VIP accounts that renew.
I am honestly not confidant that purchasing points will result in me getting them if I can't get what I should be right now.

No points for me either. 2 tickets--no response. No 500 points or favor points! My second billing month started today and NO POINTS! This is fraud in my opinion and deceptive advertising. Unacceptable not to receive something I pay for. If I pay my cable bill, I get cable right away--not a month later. This is really making me considering cancelling the game and deleting the whole thing!

Ok so they took my subscription money on 23 Septemeber and I still have not received any VIP points. Should I have gotten 500 immediately and then every month on the renewal subscription date?

I also Just signed up for VIP status this week.
I don't know if I am supposed to get the 500 right away or do I have to wait until I have been a VIP for a month.
I feel as if they should be given right away as they have taken my money right away.

No, No, No, this is 100% incorrect in every way shape and form. You are supposed to receive your first 500TP for a VIP within 48 hours of cleared payment on your very first payment. If you don't get those points within 48 hours of Turbine sucking the money out of your credit card, get on the phone. You can fill out a ticket, but you will not get a response for nearly a month. Call the Turbine Customer Support Trailer at their long distance phone number and pack a lunch, because you're going to be on hold for a while. When you finally get to talk to someone on the phone about the problem, they will fix it pretty quickly.
I REPEAT, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT 30 DAYS OR UNTIL YOUR NEXT BILLING CYCLE TO GET YOUR FIRST 500TP FOR YOUR VIP SUBSCRIPTION. YOU SHOULD GET THEM WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PAYMENT.

Umm wrong I got my points last month and hope to get them this month I will know in 6 more days:)

I was going to say you were wrong because back when I read the VIP benifits it had said you get the points when your subscription renews but I went to check and now its saying you DO get it within "24 hours of upgrading your account". I have yet to see my points.

I sent in my request just after my last renewal date and haven't seen anything as of yet either confirming the request yet either.

I finally got my points! I had to call the turbine phone support number in order to get my points. It took 20-30mins of holding to speak with a custmer service representative. After talking to the representative I had my points within 5 minutes. If you use the turbine ticket system it will take 2-4weeks before you will get your points, even though it says 3-5 business days. I recommend you call 781-407-4020 and get your points immeadiately! The phone support has very weird hours, for instance they don't open till after 4:30pm EST wed-fri.

6 Weeks later I finally get the 500 points for my subscription date of Sept 15th, shesh.
Still waiting on the 500 points for the October 15th billing :( hope it won't be at the end of November when I see them.
