Looking for some solo missions I can run with a few of my toons, thought, why not try to list the best ones for different class's?
So how bout it? Just start with the class or type. ie. mage/sorc. or rogue, or melee, or Cleric, or Battlecleric, whatever else you think works, then the mission.
Any suggestions?

I myself enjoy soloing every now and again and I believe that any class can solo any quest since it all relies on the skill of the player behind the keyboard. Some of the stuff I solo when I am bored are..
The pit which is always fun to solo and the only thing you need is the jump spell... so a mage or ranger type unless you can beat it in under 30 minutes for the house p buffs than any class can solo that quest ^_^ and I am still trying for that muckdoom :P
Stormcleave is easily soloed as well as ghola fan which I actually like running since the staff of the seer and teleport mask are always handy to carry around .... now if I could only figure a way to solo the crucible I would be good.

roger that. most classes get by pretty well on good skills, but of all of them I'd say the rogue was the most capable and gave the best returns on being fun to play. especially if you liked to soak up lotsa solo time. Monks are gaining in my opinion as the most survivable and capable for mid to high level solo play though.
There are too many runs you can do to list here now but maxing xp from lowroad, butchers, durks, info is key and ringleader will return quick gains. then ww and stk are fun to play around in (had one guy stay at level one for dozens of solo runs through the series for lOOt :D ), and on to the spider hole and signet and catacombs.. you'll learn which one's you can and can't do, and build up quite a bit of favor just on solo runs. Had a few up to 7-8 without ever party-ing :(
For me, it's hard to beat the fun gained from a maxed hot sorceress
let death and destruction fly!

WELL, ive been trying out PD with mortal voyage (PLUG!) using a fully untwinked 28 point WF wizard. And what i have found is that you can solo most any quest you think about before going into.
A good one to cut your teeth on at low levels is stealthy repo....Takes more skills to avoid killing then to just blatently nuke.

Since you don't give us much information I'll just post some general guidlines I have experienced...
Melee characters do well until lvl 10 quests. At these low levels, high AC is king, and hold person is your nightmare (unless you are warforged). Bring lots of potions/wands, decent equipment, and most quests are soloable.
Past lvl 10, melee characters start to suffer. Either their AC is too low to prevent enough damage, or their AC is high and their DPS is too low to get through the quest. Still possible, but annoying, hard, expensive to do.
Casters/Clerics: After lvl 10ish, you rule and if it CAN be soloed, a caster or cleric will do it.
Before lvl 10, clerics have a tougher time due to the lack of area effect spells, but can often make up for it with decent melee ability (especially if built as a battle-cleric).
Casters are a strange lot. They have it easier than others because they are almost gear-independant. Plat for potions (unless WF) is about all you need to be successful (though a good potency or focus item is certainly nice). At very low levels (before 5), charm person can allow you to solo most quests, but missing that spell makes your job much harder. From 5-10 soloing is certainly possible in many quests, but limited mana is your biggest obstacle.

invaders - sorc or mage (might need a mana pot or 20) secret: if not on elite, you can charm the beholders and the mobs kill em.
This is an advanced solo on elite.
Trial by fire - Sorc/mage -using fast run method. End guy can be tricky if not a nuker. But charming the mobs to suround him helps. Even flesh to stonig them helps build a wall.
Feast or famine (sorc/mage) is not too bad. Using enlarge and charm at end or just Nuke at tent.
Cabal is a bit tougher, but doable if nuker or chamer.
Cry for help - sorc/mage with good spell pen, lots of charms, done deal. Elite traps can take you out though.
just to name a few higher levels. All it takes is some thought, some time, and NOT doing it the way the average party would do it (that is slower and usually not very good tactics, although fun.)

Stealthy Repossession is a fun one for a rogue with good stealth. For those that don't do this quest or don't remember it, you have to recover a gem from dungeon swarming with kobolds but you can't kill more than 6 Kobold Prophets in the process.
This quest reminded me a lot of the wonderful Thief series of games I played. You need to hide, watch the movement patterns of the Prophets, and plan each move like a chess match. Darting from shadow to shadow and timing it just right so you can open doors without being seen is quite different from running around and slaughtering everything.

Sorry about not making clear what lvl I was talking about.
I was thinking of high lvl stuff. But honestly it's been cool reading the stuff about low lvl stuff as well.
On my Sorc I sometimes solo Let Sleeping Dust Lie. It's a cool quest for those spell pen/ necro based sorcs. Fod ftw!

OK, little better....
I've solo'd ever quest in the vale on my cleric except for Rainbow.. came darn close.... Need a better Ice weapon on my battle cleric cause that elemental just doesnt want to move sometimes.... I imagine a sorc would have it easier with Cone of COld and Polar ray.
With enough time and desire, i think every quest since mod 5 is soloable for someone with enough wearwithall... Except Crucible sicne they got rid of our beholder cookies.......

Monks solo very well, and it gets better at later levels when you pick up wholeness of body and spell resistance.
Caverns of Korromer, Pit, Tears of Dharkan, Sands of Mene slayers/bosses, Clense the Shrine, i'm sure I can do Trial by Fire...
I just run through traps, can ignore most meleers (high AC, high enough to actually matter), and abuse stunning fist for casters/healers. =) Quivering Palm in one more level when I get to 15...
The quests that give me problems? Ones with red-named bosses that heal. Can't do them at all. Not enough DPS, can't stop the healing, can't stun them, etc etc, but everything else is good.
Ogres are a bit harder then normal meleers - They have an exceptionally high hit chance compared to other equal CR enemies. Conversely, giants are trivial and can't hit me AT ALL.
I don't kill the fastest, but I DO kill, and relatively safely, and if I do get hurt.. I can take care of it myself without burning a ton of potions unless I want to.

I still enjoy soloing the VoN series with Pwes. Just have to keep deciding if I want to stealth my way through them or just kill it all....

The Pit, Ghost of a Chance, and Tomb of the Tormented are all good to solo. Mainly because you've got nobody else screwing with your puzzles as you're doing them, and you can take your time. Inferno of the Damned is fun too, if you have the right equipment. Basically, any quest with puzzles and/or thinking involved is fun to solo.
