...and your name is similar to Aremys and you recently received a +1 Adamantine Vorpal Scimitar (lvl 10) in the mail from someone you didn't know. Someone like Rogosh, Rhogosh, Xxantholor, Gyman, Masema, or Maherellen. I don't remember who sent it or how I misspelled the name, but Aremys didn't get it so someone with a similar spelling does. Be a stand up citizen and return it to one of the characters listed.
Sadly, I don't expect to ever see it again. Such is the world in which we live where folks have no integrity and all it is is pixel treasure. I'm putting this out there in case I did happen to send it to that 1% of people that would do the right thing and send it back. Shoot, I'll even offer a finder's fee or reward (whatever you want to call it) for the item's safe return.
Anyway, expecting nothing so will be VERY surprised if anything comes of this. An important safety tip to all: Don't mail stuff when you're half asleep.

Probably only 1% or so of accounts close in spelling to you character name are active. The rest likely discontinued accounts or trials that never went anywhere.
Just wait a month and hope you get it back.

agreed.
Happened to me 3 times........... always came back after the mail time expired. You will get it back, the people in DDO are mostly honest.
I once mailed a gift to a lowbie I saw in the who menu.... he mailed it back saying I may have sent it in error. I sent it back saying it was no mistake, it was a random gift...... enjoy it or sell it. He kept it after that and sent a thank you note. Lotta cool people play DDO.
:) another reason why I still play.

I miscopied (or as Roger Clemens might say misremembered) my haggle bards name and sent someone 8 shipments totaling a little over 80k plat, which to me, was a LOT of gold. This person took the 7 shipments of 9999 plat and 9999 gold and one nearly that much and mailed it back to my cleric. Seeing the person online a few days later I gave them a banishing longbow as a thank you, and to this day, I can point to one person who will probably never die in a raid if I can help it lol.
Seriously though, a lot of really nice people in this game. Kinda like life, the ones who are less nice sometimes ruin it for others, but if you choose to focus on the nice people, life seems a little nicer. I hope your scimtar comes back to you!

No, in all honesty, I have a hard time getting tired. I have to lie in bed for a while before I fall asleep, no matter how long I've been awake. Only time I actually get tired is when I've been awake for more than 24 hours (around 30 usually starts to make my eyelids droop, unless I have something exciting to do).
