New hotbars

Can anyone direct me to a thread/something with a breakdown of pertinent info on the new hotbars? Specifically, I'm wanting to know how to quick-jump to the ones higher than 10.

I've been messing with how to hotkey the hotbars past 10 but I haven't figured it out yet.

Easy solution:

If you are the type that leaves some detached and spread out on the lower part of your screen, then use the ones after 11 to detach and use the ones 1-10 to quick jump to.
