Chat Server is Temporarily Unavailable

I've been getting this message everytime i've logged in this evening and its true, I have no connection to the chat server. I spent some time trying the suggestions from the FAQ dealing with this problem (link) (http://turbine.fuzeqna.com/ddo.support/consumer/kbdetail.asp?kbid=4846) to no avail. In game support suggested I delete my chatclient.dll so the game could create a new one. No change, still no chat server.

Looking for any other suggestions since most Shroud pugs don't appreciate a deaf, mute cleric.

It appears as though we will need to conduct additional research on this issue with Technical Support. Unfortunately, they will not be available until tomorrow morning. If you do not wish to wait, the only other suggestion I have for you is to reinstall the client.
