PSA - The Venerated

When running Faithful Departed, you may want to switch your Black Dragon Scale armor for that vanilla +5 full plate that's been cluttering your inventory because this is the reason you haven't sold it yet.

(Combat): The Venerated hit you for 21 points of bludgeon damage.
(Combat): Your undead guard hit The Venerated for 10 points of good damage.
(Combat): You killed The Venerated.

Thats not bad... but on an equally sad note, I've seen a cleric kill the venerated when using an cure mass.

I've wondered about that for a while; are the deathless just supposed to be ordinary undead,or are they supposed to be deathless. If the latter, then it should work the other way around since deathless are positive energy based, not negative like other undead. Not to mention the undying court is god like in power.

Yeah or how about the guy who charms/controls the undead in the room and they mindlessly attack and kill the Venerated !!

Deathless are supposed to be HEALED by positive energy, the problem is, the type doesn't exist here.

All living dead, be it the undead or deathless are cataloged under undead. Meaning they all take damage from positive energy and are healed by negative.

Hence my question about whether the "venerated" are supposed to be deathless, or just plain undead.

Another thing about the deathless is that they are created, and exist in special positive energy zones. There are no such zones that I know of on X'endrik. So Turbine has either taken the liberty to create their own positive energy zone, or transport us to the elven continent, or they are just plain undead.
