Weapons slots?

How do you use weapon slots in your inventory screen?

Drag the weapon you want in your primary slot to the weapon set slot first.
Then drag the weapon or shield you want in your secondary slot to the weapon set slot second.
Then drag them to your hotkey bar and use as normal to swap to the set.
