Suggestion for 'Anonymous'

I don't think this is a bug as much as a decision on the part of Turbine.

The change I'd like to see is this:

When marking oneself as 'Anonymous' that we don't also appear to go 'offline' on the Friends list. The only way to see if a friend is online is if they're a guildie on the Guild list.

I guess you missed the thread where samera asked our oppinions and this is what we got.

I guess you missed the thread where samera asked our oppinions and this is what we got.I believe, in that thread, it was nearly a 50/50 split for seeing it as it was and seeing it as it is.

And most complained that how the survey was worded was negatively for how it was.

I still say the best option was to have a second checkbox. Have the first one "Anonymous", and have it work like it used to. Have the second one "Invisible", and have it work like anonymous currently does.

Best of both worlds.
