No random encounter exp in some wilderness areas after U59

After U59, I noticed that I was no longer getting exp from random encounters in epic High Road or epic King's Forest. I went in with 3 different characters (lvls 23, 25, 25) and got the same result. This may affect other areas, but I only noticed it in these two so far.

I remember a bunch of those broke in the past (around the time of ED revamp when they re-did some stuff for epic monster stats too). Are they newly broken again with u59 or have they been broken all this time (I generally never do the encounters out there to notice)?

High Road was giving xp for random encounters yesterday, so 'if' it is no longer doing that (I've not tried it out) that would be related to the patch.

I just had the same thing happen with heroic Orchard. I destroyed the wagons filled with body parts, got a chest, but no experience.

They were working before U59.
I also tried heroic High Road with the lvl 23 and got no exp.
Epic Borderlands and legendary Isle of Dread worked, though.

I was in the storm horns and was getting xp for explorer scrolls but no kills accumulating and hence no slayer XP

I tried Storm Horns and had the same issue as BandD.

High Road was giving xp for random encounters yesterday, so 'if' it is no longer doing that (I've not tried it out) that would be related to the patch.

It might be (semi) . I'm in the storm horns now and getting XP for finding the note discs, but none of my kills are registering. I was in the Vale earlier and most of the rares were giving XP but 4 of them wouldn't even after hitting them a couple time each, so no completion XP.
