From what I've observed, the AOE blind form falconry doesn't seem to ever allow sneak attacks. Is this WAI? IIRC, sneak attacks should apply to opponents that are helpless, blind, etc.

While the AOE blind does not make them helpless like the other 2 abilities in that tree, the blind itself should still allow for sneak attacks no? Could this be a bug?
