Can't level past 29 (Non-Transfer Characters)

The only thread I see on this is about transferred characters.

Our whole group just hit the xp for 30 tonight (we're 29) and none of us can level. The epic trainer says "I cannot train you any further." We're on Orien, if that is related.

Haven't been able to find any specific mention of this being an issue with anyone else yet.

Is this bug affecting everyone on Orien?

It's like the game is imploding.

I am on Orien, never transferred, and I'm stuck at lvl 28. Both the Fatespinner in the market and ES say the same thing. They think I'm at max epic level already.

Also, I submitted a bug report before posting here.

Guys and gals: this is fixed AFAIK. My character on Orien (was a transfer) was able to level to 30 on Sunday, February 19, 2023 and was able to obtain further legendary experience.

Fatespinner no longer said to take a hike.
