They had to do something to spice HC up.

Would prefer they leave it off on HC now for the entire season unless it is fixed within the next few days.

It makes no sense to activate HC with an update. And then examples like last season introducing new changes that greatly impact builds mid season is another terrible decision.

Hardcore season should be introduced without updates. And the server should be exempt from any live updates. No changes mid season, otherwise it dilutes the top performers.

Well you could go ahead and level up to the level before when monsters level drain or instakill etc.. Im guessing a Warforge cant be drained though?

Nap sounds better anyway.

What I am saying is that Hardcore should not be installed when an update is going on. Meaning HC should have been delayed a day or two after the game update.

And if a game update is needed, HC should not be changed like live servers.

I never intended that game updates shouldnt happen during HC, just the season shouldnt have the rules changed in the middle of it. The top performers last season were FVS, prior to the FVS nerf for example. Should they have an asterick next to their name in the Hall of Fame then?

I usually take things like this in stride, but that was a terrible decision by SSG for something that is a "contest". <shakes head>

And, agreed, allowing a new season of HC to start the same day as an update... they chose... poorly.
