Issue 1:
Ranged has been a disadvantage for threat reduction and I wish to see a fix for that. I will breakdown the sources, offer some solutions and then address the issue of imbue threat.

Melee:
essence of dark diversion (-20%)
shadow dancer (-30%)
fatesinger (-35%)
several enhancement trees (-40%)
treachery filigree (-50%)
cannith crafting on an item or the item itself (-22%)
cannith crafting insightful onto an item or a lootgem item(-11%)

total available (without doubling filigree) = -208% (-258% with)

Ranged:
essence of dark diversion (-20%)
shadow dancer (-30%)
fatesinger (-35%)
stealth strike (-15%)

total available : - 100%.
note: distant diversion is not craftable and thus not included (yes there are items but it seems unfair to force ranged to take suboptimal gear when melee can just craft it onto gem). I am also ignoring the anniversary pot (which I use and have) because it is not currently obtainable in game (until Feb).

the issue here is that ranged is forced to go into both Shadowdancer and Fatesinger. It seems unreasonable to force ranged to take exactly these 2 destinies

some solutions:
1. Implement a -30 or -40% spell and ranged threat in shiradi. it feels like it would be a fair place to put it since now ranged have options of destinies
2. Make a filigree than gives at least 30%, but it seems fair to match melee with a -50% ranged threat. (my feel is spines, shadowstriker, wildhunter are all fair to put it)
3. let us cannith craft distant diversion. melee gets it, why not ranged.


Issue 2:
most of the imbues do not use any threat reduction. as far as I can tell, only EK takes any source of reduction (spell), and this causes issues in raids

like the description says, most of the imbues are completely ignoring any threat reduction. We tested VC with -100% spell and ranged and will still pull aggro off a tank.

solutions:
1. make threat work on imbues, probably sourced based off what they scale off (melee/ranged/spell powers)
