After I transfer items that are BTA and have 3 set augment, the 3 set augment bonuses are missing, and doesn't work.

I know one issue I discovered with the set augments is they don't work on items with set bonuses. I didn't test that in tremendous detail, but I wonder if the belt is the source of your problem. But then again your boots also don't show the set bonus which does make it seem more like a bank issue.
I ended up using those only items with no set bonus at all. As I understand it - the cruel cut should overwrite the set bonus but isn't.
I suspect removing the augment and adding it back will fix it if it was working previously, but obviously you shouldn't have to do that.

Sounds like that error people had when the gear/augments updated. Some people had to remove it from the bank and relog with it in inventory to refresh the stats, wasn't working in the bank.

What I have found with all my sets is that when you hit level 30 the sets don't actually become active until you have relogged. You can put the items on but they are not actually working and the item does not change colour etc to represent it until then.
Don't know if this was the case or since they came from another character they needed to be logged in with to activate if already slotted was it.Milacias of Kyber
