Can someone please explain to me the reasoning behind giving cosmetics for high gold rolls. Today I rolled a 98 and got seafoam hair dye, earlier this week I rolled in the 100 and got a cosmetic armour piece (Crimson Crest of Wave). No I know I have been luck on the rolls but seriously... 2 cosmetic pieces with the roll! the other item I got was a remnant boost and a 500 sentient XP item, both are pretty useless at this point (I can get 300+ SXP from any of the blue drops in IOD and there is nothing on the sentient vendor that is of any use to me.

So why are cosmetics part of the high rolls and not something a little more useful based on how rare it is?
