Henshin Mystic vs Ninja Spy vs Shintao monk, what is the best final stage enhanc ?

I just wondering wich one of the 3 kind of Enhancements i should choose as final achievment for my monk (handwraps, Dex based, halfing)
to maximize the hit and dps.

I mean, at lvl20 (pure monk, no splash with other classes) how i should distribuite the points to have the maximum power ?
what i should choose as final stage lvl 20: "serenity " (henshin mystic), "ninja master "(ninja spy) or "to seek perfection" (shintao) ???

I am asking this because my monk seems to be a little weak on damage per sec.

If your monks is a handwrap build, then of the monk trees, the Shintao tree is the one that you will primarily want to focus on - for the cap, but also for the 39APs that you have to spend before that. Make sure you have empty hand mastery in T5 too.

There may be other reasons for disappointing DPS - feats and gear for example. What feats have you taken?
