Why is it worse than any other quest? Among many other reasons, it's not like the developers told us how to upgrade the weapon

FWIW, not just step into the start. Need to enter one of the 'death clouds' that Vol creates during the death knight phase with the dagger equipped to upgrade it.

You're basically going there to get blessed by Vol. Making a covenant with her. And she rewards for you devoutness to death.

I honestly think having items like dull dagger, nebula fragments and the feytwisted chests in Feywild is awesome and it makes the game much better and more interesting than if everything is simple and straightforward.

Couldn't agree more. Not that I necessarily expect it, but I really hope there is a cool thing in Dread too. I can't wait to see what they come up with next.

I don't think you have to reincarnate. Divine Crusader's Axiom of Faith enhancement should give you that effect as well if you choose Vol.

I don't think you have to reincarnate. Divine Crusader's Axiom of Faith enhancement should give you that effect as well if you choose Vol.

It was my first though, but after i came to the conclusion that no, it's not equivalent. You need exactly feat i think, not just favored weapon.

Even though I like the idea of unusual upgrades, I completely understand Snook59's frustration. It really sucks to loot something almost awesome, only to stick it in the vault, never to be used.

This didn't work. Only added "extra ordinary virtue" to weapon. But again, thanks for trying.
