How many quests, raids, and such are in Isle of Dread?

Isle of Dread includes 12 quests, 1 raid, and 1 wilderness area.

It has been posted many times that you can ER/IR at 30 still.

Even then if they keep the pattern going lvl 31 is 1.1mil and 32 is 1.15 mil. But yes, it's been stated many times reincarnation is staying at 30.
