    Default Class Past Lives

Has it ever been considered to extend class past lives to align more like racial past lives?

I would definitely love to see something like the following. I do not like a huge power creep, but some incentive for Additional PLs would be in order:

    4th PL +1 5/ 1 to appropriate spell power/melee or range power
5th PL +5/2 to stacking elemental resistance/prr/dodge that matches the class.
    6th PL +1 AP

Complete 6 of each past life for each class and gain a free feat slot that can be used to pick up completionist for free or gain another feat slot.

I dont think even more past lives would be good for the game. So, I dont think its a good idea.

Further, I like that you claim to be against power creep but suggest adding 15 ap and a free feat slot - which would be a huge amount of power creep...

Infidel! A hamster who do not want five more hamster wheels, what is the world coming to.

Anyway, three more PLs per class would be a serious new grind, and I don't think adding that much in one go is necessarily a good thing. The carrot might get too far ahead of the donkey.

More past lives added are quite the opposite for an aging game like DDO. What does one do when they have completed everything? Most likely play less. And certainly not spend any on exp pots. 15AP is hardly game breaking. More ED AP would certainly be, but that isn’t what was proposed. But considering you still get locked out of T5 and 6th Core…it certainly does add some build flexibility although. And for one that has experienced many previous lives, it is pretty thematic.

But even the 6th life could just be +1 stat or skill or something. I would still go for it.

Alts are for people who have everything on their main and want more grind.

Alternatively: if they made it so past lives were shared across all characters- I would support this idea (if not the specific benefits).
