Two months ago one of my character's reached level 20 after an epic TR followed by a heroic TR. It's the character's 5th time around, but this time their greater tome of epic experience is missing. I raised a support ticket which has been open an unaddressed ever since. This seems like an unreasonable amount of time to respond to an issue with something I paid for being missing. Is there some other route I should be taking for support?

This was finally resolved mid-April 2022. I have remembered I'd posted about it and decided to give an update!
