Broken Quests? Soul Survivor & Soul-Splitter: Underlane Assignment

Hi all, I've just come back after quite a long hiatus from the game, but was happy to see on my return some added level 17 quests (my main was sitting on a life at level 19) added in the Sharn, but so far my experience has not been good with these newer quests. It seems after multiple attempts that the Soul Survivor and Soul-Splitter: Underlane Assignment quests are just broken?

In Soul Survivor after 3 attempts (some reaper 1, some elite) that the puzzle at the soul splitter simply does not allow you to turn the puzzle pieces? There are 3 or 4 that you can select to move that don't seem to work, but all the other pieces are immovable. Is this just me having this issue? I have submitted a ticket, and not heard back and tried on another day. I see numerous threads about being booted out while playing this mission, which I also experienced, but at least with that issue I can get back in... Not being able to complete the puzzle makes the quest unfinishable?

On Soul-Splitter: Underlane Assignment I'm having a different issue, if I die when I'm carrying any of the crests they drop, but they drop under the ground so that I'm no longer able to pick them back up, as it says they are blocked. Is this a know issue as well? This also makes the quest unfinishable if you die once while holding a crest... Quite frustrating.

Appreciate any insight from those who have done these quests before. Enjoying playing again, but looking forward to TRing my character into an alchemist to get the completionist feat back.

I have had teh same issue with teh soul-splitter puzzle. The gem above it is not lit when I approach it, as it was always before. I redid the quest up to the same point, with the same bad result.

Thanks for responding. Glad it isn't just me, but that's so frustrating. Let me know if you ever get any support. I've done this quest 4 times now and every time the same issue... Still no response from devs.

I tried Underlane Assignment today too thinking "okay, I will just not die at all this time and see if that works"... Only to be thrown into an instance with absolutely 0 skysleds even after scouring the map, making the quest once again unfinishable as I need a skysled for 2 of the crests...

Do the devs still give support in this game? I remember in the past they would come fix a quest for you while you were still in it if you were patient enough... Now I have not even heard back from them and I'm stuck from progressing because of 2 broken quests. Disappointing.

For the skysleds to appear you have to talk to the guy just outside the door with the sockets.

having the same exact issue. the other odd thing is the mini-map is flat black.

Yep, Soul-Splitter interaction busted, black mini-map in the Abandoned Experiments Wing, Soul Survivor is indeed broken.

Same, Soul Survivor is 100% broken, the puzzle tiles are not interactable. Please fix Soul Survivor asap!!!! Or just put a gear vendor outside the quest.

You need to click on the device to turn it on before the tiles can be moved.

Yes, normally you click on it and a dialog pops up, where your only option is "Step away from the device." After selecting that option, the tiles and puzzle are supposed to activate.

EXCEPT that right now, after clicking on the device--no matter how many times you do it--the tiles never become active.

Since there's no dev response here after several days, this might need to be posted in General Discussion or Discord if there's any desire to have this looked at. It seems our options are to let this stay broken while SSG takes the holidays off, or hope they don't break too many other things when they "fix" Soul Survivor, all of which we'll have to live with through the winter holiday.

I know that... whats happening is that after you click the device , you get the message but the tiles remain inactive

I can confirm that Soul Splitter is still broken, ran it 3 times in a row heroic elite, each time had to abort in that puzzle room.

I had also looked up video of someone playing through that quest and notice that he got some DM text when he entered that puzzle room. I did not get that DM voiceover.

Soul Survivor is still 100% broken and can't be completed, even after this morning's restart. Can this please be prioritized, people need set gear from this quest.

I finally TRd out of my bard spellsinger because I couldn’t complete my Feywild Dreamer set without the gloves from this quest. I wish SSG could have fixed this sooner.
