Can play my Drow but not my monk?

First, I came back had all my account info and could not log in for several days because it would not recognize my user name or password even after resetting the password and getting my user name sent to my email. Then all of a sudden I try again after creating a new account and boom I get in and come to find out this next issue. I started playing again after a very long time of being away and I can still play my Drow which I paid for but not my Monk which I know I also paid for and I still have about 125 store points left. I have been away for about 10 years according to my account so can't see any past purchase history but the fact I can play my Drow and not my monk is very bothersome. I have sent in a ticket about it but from what I have been reading they are not inclined to respond anytime soon.

Drow race opens on per-server basis for reaching 400 total favor on any character.
This might be the reason it's available to you.
