(Error): Error 0x8004301c received when trying to retrieve information about any support tickets associated with this account.
Does this mean my tickets aren't even being looked at? Lost my +8 Supreme tome (purchased from DDO store) and all my skill tomes (acquired from sagas and whatnot, no hope of getting those back knowing support) almost 3 weeks ago, and now I'm getting this error when I'm checking to see if my ticket was answered? Really disappointing, especially paying for VIP the whole time
