My spinneret (heroic) and legendary spinneret have bot quality spell focus mastery +1 and the spell DCs are effected the same- that seems not correct because 22 levels are lying between them?

What's Insightful Spell Focus Mastery at L28 now? It was only 4 before...so half of that now might round to 1 still, yes
Keep in mind that all-type bonuses are always less than single-type bonuses, too
