So I see no mention of it here, but from the Weekly Wednesday Lunchtime Livestream there is an event coming up right away:

Spooky Summer. July 1 - 11th. Night Revels is back! with +200% increased rewards. Also +10% RXP. Also Double (chance for) mysterious remnants. Also hardcore champs are coming over to wreck havoc (no extra mimics tho).
