Dev's, you guys ever going to bring Tower of Despair (heroic) gear up to par with other gear at that level? It would probably encourage more people to play that.

I'd rather just have a new and improved epic level 20 - 30 pack that gives yugoloth favor and epic 20 and 30 items
And maybe a 2'nd tier to yugo favor for something
Or make all the level 19 quests 20 and drop epic xp so people run them againDamonz Cannith

forget the loot lets just have epic TOD as it was the best raid in the game

anyone know if the assassin set gives neg level on weapons and if so what form that is?

I've it and it's kind of strange, it procs even on guild airship dummy and doensn't have a save. It's random anyway, about 5% I guess.
