The biggest issue I had with the update was the hanging loading screens.
Bear and wolf druid seem to perform similar to what they did before the update. Go for the kill was rubber banding a bit more than usual when used and hard targeting dire charge has been a bit borked since whenever they changed it to be a homing missile. Wish they would roll that one back as it just straight up fails to work often enough to be annoying. Sometimes its just easier to use as a point blank aoe stun. Purposefully tried to overload the effects cue but I won't be confident they fixed anything on that end until I've tried to overload it during a raid.
Man those 6 that are very satisfied , they will just buy anything wont they. The Servers brought down just a few hours after the update after being reported that the update created more problems than it solved . If that makes you very satisfied , what doo you need to be dissatisfied with a product ? LOL
Its a total wreck , my car has more problems then when i brought it at the garage ... BUT , but , but i am very satisfied !!!
Its funny nowadays people will support blindly, no matter how broken it is sold to them , because in the end they feel the need to defend each and every decisions or jobs or updates . It is sad to be so shackled to a game to be so blind to its colossal failures, even more sad when seeing it and defending it anyway . you pay for your game whether in micros or vip or both .
But it is so absent of quality control , and they are rudderless-ly guided that they broke more than they fixed . it is a pattern that we have seen too often before .
So often that people are not even surprised or upset when it happens thats how high the expectations are here .
So im just wondering if an update that breaks more than it fixes makes you very satisfied , what do you need to be dissatisfied with a product ?
Anyone declaring themselves very satisfied with something like this lose any credibility in my eyes .
Its like yah dude brought my car at the mechanic but when i picked it up , more was broken than when i dropped it , here is his card if you wanna bring your car in , i am very satisfied !!!

Seems pretty fair to "strongly dislike" an update that causes a lengthy emergency shutdown.
But beyond that, I "strongly dislike" that the devs decided to nerf non-damage procs even more than necessary. Never did hear a good answer to why debuff/buff stacks and saves weren't multiplied.
The next poll needs to be how SSG should apologize to its ignored player base for this unsurprising debacle.
These changes are very significant and very impactful. Some people will want to change builds.
My personal opinion is that they should give every character a btc lesser +20, btc stone of xp and btc sov xp so people can respec quick if they choose. Not so much as an apology but as a recognition that they are forcing some % of players to respec.
On hardcore we've seen lag since day 1 when everyone was lvl 1 with no gear, no plat, no TR caches, and no raids were being run - the changes were not to reduce lag - there were no doublestrikes in raids on hardcore because no one on hardcore was high enough level or geared enough to raid and yet we had awful lag.
This update was another balancing pass to 'adjust' over-performing builds during the hardcore league (and live server R10s), plain and simple.

this was not a change about lag but a change about nerfs. nerfing procs adrenaline and general player dps and hiding it behind the guise of lag knowing the player base is so desperate for better server service that they would take anything. Very shameful. If this is the firm they hired to help figure out the lag then they really are lost.

I started to respond to someone claiming a melee nerf...when I realized this was an attempt to derail the OP.
Suffice it to say, this is a ranged nerf. If you can't see it for what it is; you are blind.
You can check my posts on Lam forums about this so-called pass when like many others I foretold: This will NOT fix LAG!
Additionally, someone earlier stated "they preferred a game that the could play" and I agree with this sentiment.
If the Devs goal here is to have us buy Horizon Walker so our ranged builds will perform again, then claiming that the Devs are rudderless is also in err. They need to make money for SSG. If the goal was to reduce lag, Devs...this is a colossal failure.
At this point (game-wise), I got to test my thrower build in the feywild explorer zone for about an hour before the servers shut down. While the damage was there (at times) I noticed some weirdness with IPS and I missed ALOT. Also there was still LLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGG!!!! More LAG than prior to U49 so this is a mission fail. Period.
So in line with others that have posted here you can add my name to list of EXTREEMLY DISLIKE U49. For the reasons stated above.

I did manage to play 3 of the new quests and try out my THF build.
Concerning Lag, honestly it seemed the same as before, just a bit more frequent spurts
Some lag was like run past where the mob would be, and then appear behind you
Really disliked the non-proc doublestrike as I did notice less frequent proc effects during a battle
Some of the procs are damage based, so less frequent damage number TYPES than used to seeing
The multiplicative damage in lieu of doublestrike was as they said, higher highs and lower lows - kinda neutral on this
I really hope they fix up this emergency shut-down
Kinda like the stock market - goes up and down, but over time does get better...
