After my five year break, and having been playing catchup for the last year odd I've been back, I'm hitting a bit of a wall with some filigree's I've arrived at the need for.

If you have Prowess of any type, or (at the moment) just 1 x Otto's Irrevocable in the Intelligence variety, I'd love to hear your price.

I set him up with the Otto Int and most of the Prowess choices. If you want to complete his Prowess set, I didn't have a Crit Confirmation for him.
